In accordance with the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria), Waters & Co. Lawyers will provide you with a written Costs Disclosure before commencing any legal work. This sets out our fee structure, estimated total costs, and your rights regarding costs disputes.
You have the right to negotiate our fees and to seek a second opinion. If you have a complaint about costs, you may contact the Victorian Legal Services Commissioner.
