Conveyancing for Buyers — Epping

Buying a home or investment? We review your contract before you sign, run the searches, and settle it smoothly — fixed fee from $990 + GST, no hidden costs.

Conveyancing when you're buying

Conveyancing is the legal transfer of a property into your name. When you're buying, the risks sit in the contract and the searches — the parts most buyers can't see.

We review the Contract of Sale and Section 32 before you commit, protect your deposit, handle the searches and adjustments, and complete settlement electronically through PEXA.

What we help with

How it works

1
Before you sign

Send us the contract — we review it and flag anything that could cost or catch you out.

2
Searches & checks

We order title, council and other searches so there are no surprises after settlement.

3
Prepare for settlement

We calculate adjustments, liaise with your lender and the vendor, and confirm the figures.

4
Settle & register

We complete settlement through PEXA and register you as the new owner.

Have the contract reviewed before you sign. Once you're bound, your options narrow fast — a quick review up front is the cheapest protection you'll buy.

Common questions

How much does conveyancing cost?

Our buyer conveyancing is a fixed fee from $990 + GST. Disbursements (searches, government fees) are itemised separately in your written Costs Disclosure.

Can you review a contract before I sign?

Yes — send it over and we'll review the Contract and Section 32 and explain the risks before you commit.

What is a Section 32?

It's the Vendor's Statement disclosing key information about the property — title, rates, zoning and more. We check it for red flags.

Do you do first-home-buyer purchases?

Yes, including advice on stamp-duty concessions and the First Home Owner Grant where you're eligible.
